Bugaboo is launching Bugaboo Donkey in Spring 2011 (April) in the USA, UK, Netherlands and Spain. Bugaboo Donkey is the new mono-duo-mono convertible stroller for kid(s) and goods. It is the latest addition to Bugaboo's portfolio which further includes the Bugaboo Frog, the Bugaboo Bee and the Bugaboo Cameleon.
The Bugaboo Donkey has been designed to meet two key parental needs: increased storage space and the option to convert from a mono to a side by side duo stroller for parents with two young children or twins.
The Bugaboo Donkey can easily – in three clicks - be converted from a full-sized mono to a full-sized side-by-side duo and back again. With flexible and multiple storage space, the Bugaboo Donkey is suitable for your first child, your second child, both or twins. With its flexible luggage options, there’s plenty of room for your goods too. A laptop, football, handbag, diaper bag or an extra shopping bag? It all fits in… thanks to the Bugaboo Donkey's flexible and multiple luggage options. Both the large underseat basket and removable side luggage basket expand as the stroller goes from mono to duo position, making it suitable for S, M, L or XL bags.
In mono configuration the Bugaboo Donkey is 60 cm wide, which is the same width as the Bugaboo Cameleon. This mode is designed for a single child.
In duo configuration, with only 74 cm it's the narrowest side by side duo stroller. The key feature of the Bugaboo Donkey is the way the Chassis increases in width from a single to a twin buggy.
