There will be delivery charge for all items under £49.99. Orders over £49.99 will be Free to Mainland UK. If applicable you will see the delivery charge upon checkout.
There may be additional delivery charges for certain "out of reach" delivery locations e.g. in Northern reaches of mainland Scotland. We will contact you to discuss shipping prices in this situation.
There may be delivery charges for heavy items e.g. furniture and you will see this delivery charge as part of the checkout process.
We can deliver to NORTHERN/ SOUTHERN IRELAND. Orders under £150.00 is £12.00, orders over £150.00 posatage £20.00

All products are delivered by courier.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays).
Courier deliveries should arrive within 3 - 5 working days of placing your order, also please note that Tutti Bambini items can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be delivered. ( to be safe, please allow a little extra time to any order during busy sales periods).
Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by calling us on 01922 646 633. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
The costs of returning goods is your responsibility we will arrange for collection and the costs are as follows:
£24.99 per carton plus £3.50 for insurance we will then arrange a refund less the applicable amounts.
