All products are delivered by courier.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays).
Courier deliveries should arrive within 3 - 5 working days of placing your order, also please note that Tutti Bambini items can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be delivered. ( to be safe, please allow a little extra time to any order during busy sales periods).
Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by calling us on 01922 646 633. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
The costs of returning goods is your responsibility we will arrange for collection and the costs are as follows:
£24.99 per carton plus £3.50 for insurance we will then arrange a refund less the applicable amounts.

It isn't however built for the rigours of life with a one year old and we have already had to restitch parts of the apple where it opens and closes. The velcro is also now in need of repair and some of the shiny material is fraying having been in use for just one week.
Our daughter does love him though so we'll keep on patching him up, but for the price I'd expect a higher quality. |
