These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read
them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take
effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will
be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an
order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your
order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will send the order details to you in an e-mail
(our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not
acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between
us will only occur when we communicate, via telephone or email, details of how
we will deliver your products to you. Up to this point we may decline all or
part of your order for any reason.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason
and may invite you to pay by another method.
Please note Pre-Order means that you are paying for a product which is currently out of stock. The product will be dispatched as soon as it become available.
Please note the date of expected arrival may change, subject to the manufactures delivery.
Prices and Payment
we endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct on
our site.however we reserve the rights to alter prices and specifications as
necessary.
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT
payable, and include delivery charges (for details see ‘Delivery’
below).
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However,
just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price
or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether
you wish to continue with your order with the corrected information or cancel
it.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch. Payment is deducted
when we process your order.
Kiddisave Price Match Promise
Please note we do not price match with ebay, products must be in stock. Price
Match will only be on a like for like basis only.
Goods
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that our product descriptions and images
accurate, we cannot guarantee that the colours and styles of the delivered goods
will exacly match.
Car Seats
Car seats are not compatible with all vehicles and we recommend that you contact
our staff for recommendations of car seats for your vehicles. Our standard cancellation
conditions apply to retuned car seats which are not compatible - you will be
responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please see the “Returns
Policy” in these terms and conditions.
Children learn quickly, they may may learn how to release buckles on car seats.
You will need to educate your child not to undo it.
Never use any child seat on a passenger seat fitted with an air bag.
We highly recommend using our free car seat fitting service by our safety team
at our Walsall store.
Safety Harnesses
Always use a safety harness in items such as high chairs.
Pushchairs
Before folding your pushchair ensure the seat unit is in the correct
position if not this may cause damage to the frame and is not covered
by the guarantee.
DELIVERY - Where we Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the mainland United Kingdom. All deliveries
must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your
goods.
If you want delivery to made to an address ouside mainland United Kingdom please
contact us to discuss delivery options and pricing.
We can deliver to NORTHERN/ SOURTHEN IRELAND, see delivery charges for costs.
Delivery Charges
There will be delivery charge for all items under £29.99 of £6.00 to UK Mainland Only. Delivery charges for orders over £29.99 will be free of charge to UK Mainland Only. If applicable
you will see the delivery charge upon checkout.
There may be additional delivery charges for certain "out of reach"
delivery locations e.g. in Northern reaches of mainland Scotland. We will contact
you to discuss shipping prices in this situation.
There may be delivery charges for heavy items e.g. furniture and you will see
this delivery charge as part of the checkout process.
We can deliver to NORTHERN/ SOURTHEN IRELAND, delivery
will be £12.00 per box, if you wish to go ahead call for delivery payment after
placing order.
How we Deliver
All products are delivered by courier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive
(but excluding Bank Holidays).
Courier deliveries should arrive within 5 - 7 working days of placing your
order ( to be safe, please allow a little extra time during busy sales periods).
You will be contacted to confirm delivery details.
Furniture Deliveries
Items must be checked within 5 days and reported for warranty claims, replacement
parts will then be ordered and sent as soon as possible. When ordering roomsets from the following manufacture, Boori, Babystyle, Izzy Wot Not and Kub are direct home deliveries which can take upto 4 weeks.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified
in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors
beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you
if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
RETURNS POLICY - Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after
delivery by calling us on 01922 643572, you will need to obtain a return's number before sending your product back. Your product must be complete, unused
and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product
you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It
should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
The costs of returning goods is your responsibility and at your cost however we can arrange a collection
and the costs are as follows:
£25 per carton plus £3.50 for insurance we will then arrange a
refund less the applicable amounts.
Privacy Policy
Kiddisave hold the highest respect for it's customers and
guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy.
We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other
institutions. By registering with us
and/or buying products from us on-line, you will automatically be added to our
mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out". If at anytime you would like to be removed
from our mailing list please contact us by email to let us know and you will be
removed immediately.
As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about
the security of your credit card information.
Please be assured that Kiddisave does not store your credit or debit
card information on our system. Your payment details are taken via the iridium
portal which is encrypted and this is not passed to us. This Web Store has taken many steps to ensure
your security and safety by using the highest levels of encryption
security. If you are still not
comfortable with releasing your credit card information via our web site, you
may call Kiddisave on (01922 643572).
Please note that no orders will be considered complete until
payment has been submitted.
Return of Faulty Goods - Kiddisave Guarantee
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual
circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 6 months of delivery (or other
defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or
refund.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
in otherwise "as new" condition; and complete with any accessories
and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal
wear and tear.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable
delivery charge.
Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only (i.e. premium services
are not available).
The warranty is against faulty components and workmanship for a period of 6
months. If the item is retuned back to the store with the receipt and instructions
we will repair the item free of charge (repair centre closed on Sundays) providing
it has been used for the purpose it was made for and has not been mistrated
in any way otherwise a charge will be made. Items must be checked within 5 days
of delivery or collection.
Please read your instructions carefully this may save you time and money in
the future.
We recommend items such as prams, pushchairs and buggies are services regularly.
WD40 may be used to lubricate wheels to keep them squeak free.

If the product needs to be returned to Kiddisave after 6 months warranty the charges are £25.00 plus £3.50 insurance.
