Kiddisave Terms and Conditions

Please read this section carefully. We recommend that you retain a copy of our Terms and Conditions for future reference. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be effective from the date they are amended on this site. You will be asked to confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions for every order placed.


Your responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure all of the required information is entered correctly. You are able to amend any of the information entered prior to your order being submitted.

Please ensure you read the information provided about your purchase. It is your responsibility that the product(s) you have purchased are used correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or accident caused as a result of a product being used incorrectly.

Prior to purchase of a car seat, please ensure it is compatible with your vehicle. If you require any assistance please contact us for a recommendation.


Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order is accepted by us. Please be aware that the receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline all or part of your order for any reason.


Pre-orders

If you order a pre-order item the product will be dispatched when the product becomes available. The date for which we expect to receive the product may be changed subject to information provided by the product manufacturer.


Prices and payments

We endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications detailed are correct. In the event that the information provided is incorrect we reserve the right to amend these details. All of the prices detailed on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable. All transactions are carried out in pounds sterling and if you are paying with another currency your card issuer may apply a levy for currency conversion. If your order has been placed prior to any incorrect information being corrected you will be contacted and will be given the option of how you wish to proceed with your order.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch. Payment will be authorised from your chosen payment method upon your order being processed. If payment of your order is not authorised by the card issuer we will contact you to confirm this and may offer the option for you to arrange an alternative method of payment.

Payments are taken via Iridium Portal which is encrypted. If you do not wish for payment to be taken by this method please contact us on 01922 643 572 and we will be happy to offer any assistance possible.

When you receive your goods please retain the receipt for your payment which will be enclosed.


Kiddisave price match promise

We will offer a price match on a like for like basis. Subject to the item being in stock. We do not price match with eBay.


Products

We endeavour to ensure that all of the product descriptions and images are accurate. However representations of colour are approximate.

All products sold on this site comply with either UK or EU safety regulations and are sold with a UK warranty. For EU customers should any item fail within its warranty period we will endeavour to find an authorised service agent in your country. In the event that this is not possible and the item needs to be returned to the UK for repair of refund the customer will be liable for any of the costs of delivery to the UK and the cost of the product being returned to the customer after repair if applicable.

Items must be checked within 5 working days and reported for warranty claims. Any replacement parts will then be ordered and sent as soon as received.


Delivery

There will be a delivery charge of £3.95 for orders under £49.99 to a mainland United Kingdom address. Heavy items, e.g. Furniture may incur a delivery charge. If a delivery charge is payable this will be detailed at payment stage. There may be an additional charge for delivery to certain areas. In this event we will contact you to discuss delivery costs and options.

We can arrange delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland. For purchases below £150.00 a delivery charge of £12.00 will be applicable. For orders over £150.01 the charge for delivery will be £20.00.

Please contact us for information regarding delivery for addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries should be received within 5-7 days of you placing your order. However please allow extra time during busy sales periods.

Deliveries for certain furniture manufacturers are made directly. This can take up to 4 weeks. For Tutti Bambini products please allow 6-8 weeks.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We do everything we can do to meet the delivery times stated in this section. However occasionally delivery times may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will make you aware of any delay that we are notified of.


Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase prior to delivery. If the product has been dispatched from our premises you may incur a charge for carriage.
Upon receipt of your order you have up to 7 working days after you have received your order. Cancellations are requested via email. We will then supply you with a returns number before you return your product(s) to us.

Your product(s) must be complete and in unused condition. If you have opened the packaging to examine your product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product. It should then be returned in its original packaging with any accessories.

The cost of returning goods is your responsibility. At your cost we can arrange for collection of your product(s) at the following cost of £25.00 per carton plus £3.50 insurance. Upon receiving return of your product(s) a refund will be arranged less this amount.

Certain products are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. This will be indicated within the product description on this site. If it is apparent that products of this description have been returned in a used condition we reserve the right to refuse return of these items.
When returning faulty goods we will wherever possible respond to your individual circumstances. If there is a fault or defect with a product within six months of delivery we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. Faulty goods have to be returned for a full inspection before repair, replacement or refund. Please read your product instructions carefully as this may prevent any problems with your product(s). We recommend items such as prams, pushchairs and strollers are serviced regularly. WD40 may be used to lubricate wheels to keep them squeak free.

To qualify for a refund the product must be returned ‘as new’ and complete with accessories and any free gifts provided. If possible please return the original box and packaging. When a refund is due and a delivery charge has been paid this will be refunded. You do not qualify for a replacement or refund if the fault has been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Replacement goods are sent only by standard delivery.

If the product needs to be returned after the six month warranty you will be charged £25.00 plus £3.50 insurance.


Privacy Policy

Kiddisave understand that our customers’ privacy is of the utmost importance and we do not pass your information to any third party. When you register or make a purchase with us you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If you wish to unsubscribe please contact us by email and you will be removed from the mailing list immediately. We do not store payment details.
