Kiddisave Terms and Conditions

Please read this section carefully. We recommend that you
retain a copy of our Terms and Conditions for future reference. Our Terms and
Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at
any time. The changes will be effective from the date they are amended on this
site. You will be asked to confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions
for every order placed.
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to
you comes into force when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance
of confusion, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute
acceptance of an order.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time
before the expiry of 7 days following delivery of the products. To cancel your
order you have to confirm this via e-mail. If the goods have been delivered
return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty we can arrange
collection for you at a charge of £28.50. If your order has been dispatched and
you have not notified us of cancellation prior to dispatch there will be a
charge of £17.50 deducted from your refund for the goods being returned to us.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
We endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications
detailed are correct. In the event that the information provided is incorrect
we reserve the right to amend these details. All of the prices detailed on our
site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable. All
transactions are carried out in pounds sterling and if you are paying with
another currency your card issuer may apply a levy for currency conversion. If
your order has been placed prior to any incorrect information being corrected
you will be contacted and will be given the option of how you wish to proceed
with your order.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch.
Payment will be authorised from your chosen payment method upon your order
being processed. If payment of your order is not authorised by the card issuer
we will contact you to confirm this and may offer the option for you to arrange
an alternative method of payment.
Payments are taken via Iridium Portal which is encrypted. If
you do not wish for payment to be taken by this method please contact us on
01922 643 572 and we will be happy to offer any assistance possible.
When you receive your goods please retain the receipt sent
to you by e-mail for future reference this includes your order number which we
use to locate information.
PRE-ORDERS
If you pre-order an item the product will be dispatched when
the product becomes available. The date for which we expect to receive the
product may be changed subject to information provided by the product
manufacturer. We endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.

DELIVERY
Kiddisave deliveries are made predominantly by Interlink.
For details of their Terms and Conditions please visit

costing below £50.00 these may dispatched Royal Mail 2nd Class. Couriers for
direct delivery from the manufacturer may vary.
There will be a delivery charge of £1.99 for orders under
£49.99 to a mainland United Kingdom address. Heavy items, e.g. Furniture may
incur an extra delivery charge. If a delivery charge is payable this will be
detailed at payment stage. There may be an additional charge for delivery to
certain areas. In this event we will contact you to discuss delivery costs and
options.
We can arrange delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland.
For purchases below £150.00 a delivery charge of £12.00 will be applicable. For
orders over £150.01 the charge for delivery will be £20.00. If the payment page
does not apply the correct amount for postage we will contact you for the
difference to be paid.
Please contact us for information regarding delivery for
addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to
Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries should be received within
the time frame stated on the product page. However please allow extra time
during busy sales periods. Delivery times for products are specified in the
delivery information section on the product page. Please note that when an item
shows as ‘In Stock’ this refers to either us or the manufacturer.
Please note that for delivery of Pre-Order items and direct
shipping from our Supplier, the stated delivery time schedules may be extended
due to circumstances beyond our control.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We do everything we can do to meet the
delivery times stated in this section. However occasionally delivery times may
be affected due to circumstances beyond our control and therefore they cannot
be guaranteed. We will always try to make you aware of any delay that we are
notified of.
If there is no one home when Interlink attempts to deliver
they will try to deliver to a neighbour in the vicinity and leave your parcel
with them. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour
please leave the delivery driver a signed note confirming this and if
applicable a safe place where your delivery can be left. Please note this is at
your own risk and the note will be retained by the delivery driver as proof of
authorisation. If this option is not
possible then a calling card will be left and the courier will probably attempt
to re-deliver the following day unless information has been left to state
otherwise. After this you may be required to collect the goods from your local
depot.
If delivery is refused at the delivery address and goods
have not been cancelled as explained in the ‘YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL’ section or
if you do not respond to the calling card left your order will be returned to
the sender we will then wait for you to contact us before we process your
refund minus the return postage cost levied by the courier. This can be up to
£28.50. Please note that if your item is a direct delivery the charges may
vary.
If you have ordered large items you may be required to carry
items into your house. Please ensure you have someone to assist with this if
necessary. For example items such as cotbeds due to the packaging etc may
require additional assistance.
The courier will endeavour to deliver in the slot specified
however due to circumstances outside of our control delays may occur. Please be
assured that we will endeavour to get your delivery to you as quickly as
possible.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
If the address you provide us is incorrect and result in
your order being signed for by a third party Kiddisave.co.uk cannot be held
responsible. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is
correct.
BULK ORDERS
Please note that orders of multiple quantities may be
cancelled and refunded if it is suspected they are for re-sale. If you do wish
to place an order where a large quantity of the same product is required please
contact us on 01922 643 572 and we will see if we can accomodate your
requirements.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
We can arrange delivery to the following countries at a cost
of £29.95:
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Rep
Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Leichenstein, Italy, Spain, Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden,
Slovenia, Latvia, Bosnia - Herzegovina, Iceland, Motenegro, Norway, Serbia, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Romainia, Lithuania, Greece.
For any other countries please contact us and we will try to
assist.
RETURNS
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery as
explained in the ‘your right to cancel section’. After the 7 day period has lapsed
you may return your order at your expense minus 20% of the order total. In
addition no delivery charges will be refunded. To qualify for this all goods
must be unused and preferably in their original packaging. The cost of
returning your order is at your own cost. We can arrange collection for you
with our courier at a cost of £28.50.
If not in the original packaging products must be returned
in secure packaging so the products remain in a saleable condition during
transit. We do strongly recommend original packaging is kept as any collections
for repair etc will require the product to be packaged in a box.
If the product is not boxed and damage occurs we cannot be
held responsible for this and it may affect your return.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
This guarantee is in addition to and does not in any way
affect your statutory rights. This guarantee is full of charge. Please note the
following terms and conditions for this:
- The guarantee is
applicable for all products purchased from Kiddisave.co.uk
- The guarantee is
not transferable
- The guarantee is
for 6 months which starts from the date the product is delivered to you
- The guarantee only
applied to the original purchaser accompanied by the original receipt
- The guarantee only
applied to the purchase products and does not cover any consequential losses
such as times or other products
- The guarantee
applies to manufacturing and material defects only under normal domestic use in
the UK & or / Republic of Ireland.
- The guarantee does
not cover faults caused by failure to use the product in the correct manner.
This includes when toddler boards are used on the item.
- The guarantee does
not cover parts subject to wear and tear
- We recommend
regular maintenance of moving parts and lubricant such as WD40 should be
applied to keep parts running smoothly
- If the product is
found to be defective within the criteria specified above we shall arrange for
the product to be inspected and repaired. If the product is not repairable we
will endeavour to provide a replacement of the same or similar model where
possible. Unfortunately while inspection takes place unless the item is
returned to our store we are unable to offer loan replacements.
- If a claim is made
under this guarantee and the defect is deemed not to be due to faulty materials
or manufacture a charge will be made of £28.50 to cover the courier costs. Any
replacement parts will be charged in addition to this.
MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEE
Manufacturers guarantees and terms and conditions will vary.
Please refer to the manufacturer for this information.
In the event that your product is out of guarantee with
ourselves but still under guarantee with the manufacturer for us to arrange
collection of the product there will be a charge levied of £28.50 to cover the
couriers cost. We will where possible try to arrange a direct collection to
avoid this, however it is not always possible.
Unfortunately while inspection takes place unless the item
is returned to our store we are unable to offer loan replacements.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We endeavour to ensure that all of the product descriptions
and images are accurate. However representations of colour are
approximate. A name given to a colour is
not necessarily representative of the colour. For example the 3sixty Cherry Pop
Highchair is Pink.
Accessories such as footmuffs supplied to co-ordinate with
items may differ in colour. This is not a fault. This is normally caused by the
manufacturing process.
Wood is a natural product and therefore may carry
imperfections. If you have any queries on colour of wood etc please contact us
prior to purchase.
CAR SEATS
Prior to purchase of a car seat, please ensure it is
compatible with your vehicle. If you require any assistance please contact us for
a recommendation.
OUR PRICE PROMISE
In the unlikely event that you find a product cheaper
elsewhere we here at Kiddisave promise to beat that price!
- Price promise applies to all branded in stock items. Items must also be in stock with our
competitor and a like for like product. This includes colour
- Price promise only
applies to sales for personal use
- We do not
price promise with private sellers or auction sites such as Ebay & Amazon
- Price promise is not
applicable if the product is used or damaged
- Competitors we
price promise against must to authorised stockists and have UK registered websites
distributing within the UK
- Price promise is only eligible once per order (If we have already price promised once for your order, you cannot recieve another price promise at a later date)
- We reserve the
right on multiple orders to restrict the price promise to one per customer where
we believe the items are not being purchased for personal use
- Price promise cannot
be used in conjunction with any other discount, promo or voucher code. This
being on our site or any competitors.

Voucher codes can be used on our checkout page. Voucher
codes normally include a range of products, departments or categories not the
whole site. Voucher codes displayed unless stated otherwise do not include the

Coast, Maclaren. We reserve the right to refuse any voucher codes found on
