When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch your product within 7 working days. You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for despatch.

How will my items be delivered?

We deliver via "Interlink Express" who deliver Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm

Can we schedule a time for delivery?

Yes, you can select a delivery day from the calender on the checkout pages.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

"Interlink Express" will leave a card if you were not available for delivery. The card will contain a telephone number for you to call to re-arrange delivery.

What happens if I do not like the goods I receive?

You will need to contact us via telephone to discuss your order and our return policy.

How secure are my financial details when I place an order online?

Kiddisave never have sight of your credit card details when an order is placed online. We take payments via PayPal: Where you can pay via your PayPal Account or by major credit and debit cards.

We can deliver to mainland UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland. See sections on delivery charges.

How much does it cost for delivery to mainland UK?

Unless otherwise stated on a product, orders over £29.99 include free delivery. Orders under £29.99 will incur a £6.00 delivery charge upon checkout. Note these charges apply to mainland UK only.

How much does it cost for delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland?

We can deliver to NORTHERN/ SOURTHEN IRELAND, delivery will be £12.00 per box, if you wish to go ahead call for delivery payment after placing order.
