When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch your product within 3 - 5 working days. You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for despatch. All overseas orders will take upto 7-10 days not the standard 3-5 days.

Deliveries for certain furniture manufacturers are made directly. This can take up to 4 weeks. For Tutti Bambini products please allow 6-8 weeks.

How will my items be delivered?

We deliver via "Interlink Express" who deliver Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm

If items are below £50.00 deliveries may be posted by Royal Mail.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

"Interlink Express" will leave a card if you were not available for delivery. The card will contain a telephone number for you to call to re-arrange delivery.

What happens if I do not like the goods I receive?

You will need to contact us via telephone to discuss your order and our return policy.

How secure are my financial details when I place an order online?

Kiddisave never have sight of your credit card details when an order is placed online. We take payments via  a fully 3D secure Payment gateway accepting major credit and debit cards. Our chosen gateway is Visa Verified / Mastercard Secure and fully 3D enrolled.  Your security and safety is paramount to Kiddisave.

How much does it cost for delivery to mainland UK?

Unless otherwise stated on a product, orders over £49.99 include free delivery. Orders under £49.99 will incur a £3.95 delivery charge upon checkout. Note these charges apply to mainland UK only.

How much does it cost for delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland?

We can deliver to NORTHERN/ SOUTHERN IRELAND. Orders under £150.00 is £12.00, orders over £150.00 posatage £20.00

How do i return an item back to us?

Once the product has been dispatched from our premises and you would like to return the products you will incur a charge of upto of £28.50 carriage and insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.Please ensure you get a returns number first and inform us why you are returning the product's to us.
